Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 July 2026
In short: we collect personal data only through the contact form, we use it only to reply to you, and we don’t share it with anyone. No tracking cookies, no analytics, no selling of data. The full details below, in plain language.
Who we are
The controller of your personal data is IMESSA S.R.L., based in Bucharest, CUI 54949560, registered with the Trade Register under number J2026040118008.
For anything to do with your data, you can write to us anytime at imessa.studio@gmail.com.
What data we collect, and when
We collect personal data in a single place: the contact form. When you fill it in, you send us your name, email address, optionally your phone number and your message — plus the service you pick, if you choose one from the list.
That’s it. We don’t use Google Analytics or other tracking tools, we don’t set marketing cookies, and we don’t buy or sell data. When you browse the site, we don’t track you.
How your messages reach us
When you submit the form, your message is delivered to us through Web3Forms — a service that takes the form data and emails it to us. Web3Forms acts as a processor: it handles the data only to deliver your message on our behalf, not for its own purposes.
If that service isn’t configured, the form opens your own email app instead, with the message ready to send — in that case your data reaches us through your own email, with no intermediary.
Why we use it (purpose and legal basis)
We use your data solely to reply to your request and carry on the correspondence related to it.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and the pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under Article 6 of the GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and details only as long as needed to carry on the correspondence and act on your request. You can ask us to delete them at any time — we do so promptly.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:
- Access — to find out what data we hold about you;
- Rectification — to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erasure — to have your data deleted (the “right to be forgotten”);
- Objection — to object to the processing;
- Portability — to receive your data in an easily reusable format.
If you have a complaint, you can contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), the Romanian data protection authority — www.dataprotection.ro.
How to contact us about your data
For any question about your data or to exercise the rights above, write to us at imessa.studio@gmail.com. We’ll reply as soon as we can.
