Process and terms

From the first conversation to the finished project.

We start with what you have in mind. We choose a format, agree on the quote and show you the work as it develops.

Three steps

How it works

  1. Tell us your idea

What do you want to present, who is it for and when do you need it? A simple explanation and a reference are enough to start.

  2. Agree on what we will create

We propose a format and confirm deliverables, timeline, revisions and cost in writing. You approve the direction before full production.

  3. Receive your finished project

We create, show you the work and make the agreed revisions. You receive the checked result, agreed files or access, and instructions for use.

Frequently asked

What you should know up front.

Can I start with just an idea?

Yes. Tell us what you want to achieve and when you need it. We propose a format and explain which materials are needed. For a real product or space, we ask for references that help us represent it faithfully.

Why do you not show a fixed price?

The cost depends on the number of assets, complexity, formats and revisions. We confirm it in writing after understanding your idea, before work starts.

What does the quote contain?

The quote lists the deliverables, what you provide, the timeline, stages, included revisions, cost and exclusions. Work starts only after you accept it.

How does payment work?

Payment and stages depend on the project and are stated in the quote or contract. Larger projects can use a deposit and milestone payments linked to deliverables.
